“I may have mentioned it on the day but just wanted to thank you for your contribution to Dad’s funeral service both in our initial meeting and on the day itself. Every single person mentioned to me afterwards what a lovely service it was and how well you conducted it. Some have also text me since to repeat their thoughts. Funerals are an anxious time for anyone and I know it is a team effort from all those involved but you certainly helped make it an easier experience for me.”

“Having no address for you I hope you won’t mind me thanking you in the form of an email. Everyone who attended my mother’s funeral was moved by the gentle and thoughtful manner in which you conducted the ceremony, and I and my brother were similarly moved and pleased. I know the material I gave you was heavily religious – owing to Mum’s own instructions – but you managed to give a pleasant balance which a member of the clergy would have failed to do. As such, we were able to focus on the beauty of the words and the images and concepts they conveyed – together with nostalgic memories – rather than any doctrine of salvation etc. It was a pleasure to have your support and input, and I thank you particularly for the ‘behind the scenes” preparations you coordinated to make the occasion go smoothly. With thanks again, and wishing you all the best in your work.”

“Thank you so much for the lovely service you did for Mum this morning, it was just as I hoped for.. It’s such a shame how things have to be because of Covid but at least we could attend to say goodbye to our loved ones albeit a lot less people… I am so glad Jary’s put me in touch with you, I felt very comforted after you visited me and if ever anyone asked me I would thoroughly recommend you. Everything has fitted into place and I have arranged for my Mum and Dad’s ashes to be interred in Somerleyton churchyard on 9th Feb which would have been my Dad’s 95th birthday, once that has happened I will feel I have fulfilled my Mum’s wishes..”
